In my professional career, I've grown to realize the importance of reflecting on and creating philosophy statements to better guide where I am, where I want to be, and to answer the question: "Why?"

As a gaming industry career seeker, I decided to do just that. Here is my "Philosophy of a Future Gaming Leader" and the 8 approaches I intend to make. As a future game dev leader, I reflected not just on the traits, qualities, and responsibilities of what would be expected of me, but the significant impacts that would be made. This way, wherever my perfect role is found, I'm ready from day 1 to have this philosophy next to me and guiding me in everything I do.
